Processing Time
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received. Made-to-order items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description or communicated via email.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, destination, and value of your order. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Domestic & International Shipping
- U.S. orders: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after shipment.
- International orders: Delivery times vary and may be subject to customs delays. Buyer is responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.

Shipping Insurance & Responsibility
Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit.
For added protection, shipping insurance is available upon request—just let us know before checkout.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the item and packaging
- Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved
We’ll evaluate the case and may offer a replacement or partial store credit at our discretion.
