Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review item details and photos carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a replacement or partial credit.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost or delayed by the carrier
- Damage caused by mishandling after delivery
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
